0. Download any free app from App store
1. Open Cydia
2. Complete Upgrade
3. Manage(fourth tab)
4. Sources
5. Edit (top right)
6. Add(top left)
7. Enter ... http://cydia.hackulo.us
Then go to Manage - Sources - Hackulo.us and install Installous and AppSync for OS 3.0 - REBOOT! REBOOT!
IMPORTANT: You must have at least one app downloaded from the App Store. Otherwise the apps downloaded with Installous won't work.
